![]() ![]() The primary feature of My Time at Portia is crafting objects in a workshop to fulfill commissions to improve the town of Portia. The series is inspired by Animal Crossing, Dark Cloud 2, Harvest Moon, and the works of Miyazaki. It is the first game in the My Time series and is approximately parallel in timeline to the in-development second game in the series, My Time at Sandrock. This may save you from having to abandon items.Origin My Time at Portia is a simulation RPG game developed by Pathea Games and published by Team17. When crafting new chests while having a full inventory, you can quickly clear space by topping off the fuel on all machines, queue commonly used items, and cancel and reorder the Recycler queue to maximum. You cannot select which order you pick the items up so keep this in mind when crafting. As backpack space becomes available, those items will be picked up when you approach them. Items that do not fit will gather on the ground. When picking up storage chests, all contents will transfer into your inventory. Every chest is accessible regardless of where it is located. You only need to place one chest outside your home. This will enable you to find items more quickly. For example, a chest named Ore and Bars would contain Copper Ore, Copper Bars, Stone and Gems. Sorting crafted resources by the material used to make them keeps finding items easier. Click the edit button next to the name of the chest in the top left of the menu. I strongly suggest that you rename all of your storage chests based on their content. The gols received are usually not very much but it is worthwhile to do as you run around. The items can be sold - most require having multiples of each to sell, i.e., five Ruined Paper. They can look like a piece of paper, a small bag, a piece of jerky, etc., Looting these items does not use Stamina but it does grant experience. I often will visit the Villagers as I go through town to speak them each day and give gifts.Īs you go through town, you will see lootable items on the ground. If you are interested in building relationships with the Villagers, you can visit them at most any point during the day.
